Robert Chapman sued Paul R. Wilson, Jr., D.D.S., Inc., Paul R. Wilson, Jr., and Corrine Scalzitti (collectively, “defendants”) for negligence, breach of implied warranty, and misrepresentations constituting violations of the Deceptive Trade Practices Act, Tex.Bus. & Com.Code Ann. §§ 17.41-17.63 (1987 & Supp.1991) (DTPA), growing out of dental services provided by defendants.
