¶ 1. This medical malpractice and wrongful death case comes to us on appeal from the denial of motions to dismiss filed by two sets of medical defendants, here termed the Hospital defendants 1 and the Baker defendants. 2 Both sets’ motions were predicated on plaintiffs’ failure to timely serve process.
