This is an appeal on the part of George Twohy from a decree of the Circuit Court of the city of Norfolk, divorcing him a mensa et thoro, from his wife, Florence M. Twohy, awarding her alimony and counsel fees and the custody of the three infant children. This decree also provides that the husband may see the children at any reasonable time and place during the school term, and shall “have the right to have the custody of the children during the vacation period of each year for not longer than six weeks.” The permanent alimony of the wife is fixed at $3,600 a year, and an allowance of a like…
