KORNREICH, Bankruptcy Judge.

Following the dismissal of this chapter 13 case, Carolyn Bankowski, chapter 13 trustee (“Trustee”), asked the bankruptcy court for an order directing her to disburse the undistributed plan payments made by the debtor, Janice W. Stevenson (“Debtor”), to the holder of an administrative claim for sanctions, or, alternatively, to the holders of allowed claims under the Debtor’s confirmed plan.
