OPINION

BRETT, Judge:

Appellant, Joe Bailey Givens, was convicted of Manslaughter in the First Degree in Tulsa County District Court Case No. CRF-82-409. He was sentenced to 30 years’ imprisonment. The judgment and sentence of the trial court is affirmed.

Shirley and Frank Mitchell were in their livingroom watching the 10 o’clock news on television. Mrs. Mitchell said they heard a car stop in front of the house with the engine running about 10:30 p.m. Their front door is all glass so she could see the car from the livingroom.
