This is an application for a writ of habeas corpus brought by petitioner to secure his discharge from the custody of the sheriff of Carter county, held on a charge of having violated section 4, c. 70, Sess. Laws of 1911, by having in his possession three quarts of alcohol at his place of business in Ardmore.,
