Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court
Contract, for the price of goods consigned by the plaintiffs to the defendant to be sold by him on commission. The case was submitted to the Superior Court, and, after judgment for the defendant, to this court, on appeal, upon agreed facts, in substance as follows. The plaintiffs are entitled to recover the amount, with interest from the date of the writ, unless a discharge, granted to the defendant by the Court of Insolvency for Norfolk County, is a defence to the action.
