The appellants are husband and wife and live in an apartment at 287 Granite Mountain Circle in the Booker Home Project.
On the night of January 30,1965 at about 11 o’clock p.m., Officer Jim Harris of the Little Rock Police Department, who was also employed as night watchman for the Little Rock Housing Authority, observed an unusual amount of traffic entering the Booker Home Project.
