This is an appeal in an action by the plaintiff-respondent, General Homes, Inc., a home build er, to recover upon an all risk scheduled property floater insurance policy for losses suffered due to fire damage to model home furniture. The sole issue on appeal is whether the action is barred because not commenced within the twelve-month period of limitation running from the date of discovery of loss.
