Charles McDaniel and Faye McDaniel appeal from a summary judgment denying them any relief against Sam W. Pettigrew, George V. Delk, and John E. Henry in an action for cancellation and rescission of a contract, notes, deeds of trust, and lien agreements in connection with the purchase and sale of real property.
