The Motion of S & M Development and Sam B. Spizman (“landlord”) for relief from stay to continue their levy on a state court writ of execution for possession of premises occupied by Escondido West Tra-velodge, the debtor, came on for hearing before this Court on April 11, 1984 and April 24, 1984.
