The validity of a tax deed is in question in this litigation. The chain of title, of T. A. Jackson, plaintiff, rests on the tax deed; that of the defendant A. J. Barta rests on the patent. The trial court sustained the tax title and the defendant Barta has appealed.
The tax deed, which is fair on its face, was delivered to Fall River county in December of 1934 and the county went into possession early in 1935.
