This is an appeal from a final decree denying appellant’s motion for a receiver, entered upon confirmation of the master’s report of sale in a foreclosure proceeding.

The report of sale and distribution shows a deficiency of §189.03, and a decree for this deficiency was entered against the mortgagor, who, it is claimed, is shown to be insolvent.
