In this case, Petitioner Anamaria Santiago seeks review of the decision of the Third District Court of Appeal in Mauna Loa Investments, LLC v. Santiago, 122 So.3d 520, 521 (Fla. 3d DCA 2013), a premises liability case. Petitioner correctly contends that the district court’s decision expressly and directly conflicts with decisions of this Court and other district courts of appeal regarding the limitations on a court’s review when determining whether a complaint states a cause of action.
