Gary Feinerman, United States District Judge *818On behalf of himself and a putative nationwide class, Karmel Al Haj alleges in this diversity suit that Pfizer Inc. deceives consumers by charging more for "Maximum Strength" Robitussincough syrup than for "Regular Strength" Robitussin even though the former has a lower concentration of active ingredients than the latter.
