In this case, Antoniel Castor appeals his convictions for unlawful sexual contact in the first degree, aggravated rape in the first degree, attempted aggravated rape in the first degree, and child abuse stemming from a series of encounters between Castor and the eleven-year-old daughter of the adult girlfriend with whom he resided, as embodied in a Judgment and Commitment entered by the Superior Court on January 9, 2009.
