— The petitioners, *377Frank Higgins,1 David Snyder2 andLowerMerionFraternal Order of Police, Lodge #28, appeal from this court’s order, dated March 30, 2010, denying their petition for review of the Lower Merion Township Board of commissioner’s promotions on June 3, 2009. For the reasons that follow, the undersigned believes that the order should be affirmed.
