This is an appeal from the district court for Dawson County. After trial to a jury, the court found the defendant guilty of sexual assault of his minor daughter, in violation of Neb. Rev. Stat. § 28-320.01 (Reissue 1985), and the defendant was sentenced to not less than IV2 nor more than 4 years’ imprisonment.
