FINDINGS OF FACT, OPINION AND CONCLUSIONS OF LAW
RANDALL J. NEWSOME, Bankruptcy Judge.
These consolidated proceedings are before the Court for disposition of a dispute involving a major portion of the assets in this Chapter 7 case. On June 1, 1981 an involuntary petition in bankruptcy was filed against the debtor in this case, Willson Dairy Company and its Holiday Ice Cream Division. On July 1, 1981 Central Trust Company, N.A. filed a complaint for reclamation of property encumbered by a number of security agreements between Willson and Central Trust.
