CLARK, Chief Judge:
Plaintiff, Dr. Alimadad Jatoi, appeals the district court’s judgment in favor of the defendants, Hurst-Euless-Bedford (HEB) Hospital Authority, HEB Hospital Medical Board, HEB Hospital Board of Trustees, and Methodist Affiliated Hospitals. 1 Dr. Jatoi sued the defendants under 42 U.S.C. §§ 1981, 1983 and 1985 alleging they discriminated against him by terminating his medical staff privileges on the basis of his national origin and alienage, and that the termination procedures denied him due process.
