Plaintiff appeals as of right from a Kalamazoo Circuit Court order granting defendant’s motion for accelerated judgment.

Plaintiff’s complaint alleges that in October, 1978, he and defendant entered into an agreement to purchase a travel agency and that the business was operated as a partnership until July 29, 1981. In the spring of 1981, plaintiff rejected defendant’s offer to purchase plaintiff’s interest in the partnership.
