SMITH, Judge.

Appellants, the junior party, have appealed from a decision of the Board of Patent Interferences, adhered to on reconsideration, which awarded priority ■of invention to the senior party, Scott, on all five counts in interference. Appellants’ application1 for patent was declared to be in interference with a Scott patent2 from .which appellants had ■copied the claims which became counts 1-4 of this interference.
