—In an action to recover damages, inter alia, for false imprisonment, battery and negligence, the appeal is from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated June 14, 1978, which granted plaintiffs motion to amend her complaint to include a claim for punitive *810damages. Order affirmed, with $50 costs and disbursements. The original complaint alleged that plaintiff was the victim of sundry "malicious” intentional acts perpetrated by defendants, and demanded monetary relief, but did not specify whether that relief demanded was for compensatory or punitive damages.
