This appeal arises out of disputes between plaintiff-appellant/cross-appellee Puerto Rico Telephone Company, Inc. (“PRTC”) and defendant-appellee/crossappellant SprintCom, Inc. (“Sprint”) concerning the intercarrier compensation due under an interconnection agreement (the “Agreement”), which they entered into in June 2000. PRTC and Sprint both appeal from the district court’s decision in P.R. Tel. Co., Inc. v. Telecommns.
