FULLAM, District Judge.
The State of New Jersey and certain minority shareholders of United New Jersey Railroad and Canal Company (UNJ) seek dismissal of the UNJ’s petition for reorganization, or transfer of the case to another district.
UNJ is a New Jersey corporation which owns various lines of railroad in the State of New Jersey, including most of the New Jersey portion of the Penn Central main line between Washington, D.C. and Boston (commonly known as the “Northeast Corridor”).
