The court’s finding was supported by legally sufficient evidence and was not against the weight of the evidence (see People v Danielson, 9 NY3d 342, 348-349 [2007]). There is no basis to disturb the court’s determinations concerning credibility and identification. The victim’s testimony established that appellant, acting in concert with several other youths, intentionally and repeatedly punched and kicked him (see Matter of Kaseem W., 50 AD3d 521 [1st Dept 2008]).
