A petition was filed in this court for a writ of prohibition to prevent the superior court for Snohomish county from dismissing an action for want of prosecution. In addition to its answer, the superior court filed a demurrer to the petition on the ground that it was not proceeding in the action in question without or in excess of the court’s jurisdiction, and that the relator has a plain, speedy, and adequate remedy at law.
