This is an appeal from a judgment and indeterminate sentence of 2 to 4 years in the Nebraska Penal and Correctional Complex on a guilty plea to a charge of grand larceny. The assignment of error generally is that the record fails to affirmatively show the defendant pled guilty voluntarily, understanding^, intelligently, and with full knowledge of the rights which he was waiving by his plea. We affirm the judgment and sentence of the district court.
