POLOZOLA, District Judge:

These suits were filed to recover damages arising from a vehicular accident which occurred in Grant Parish. Three suits were filed as a result of this accident. Exxon Corporation (Exxon) was named as a defendant in two of the three suits which have been consolidated for trial. In response to the suits filed by Rosemary Elliott Hooper and Mike Hudnall, Exxon has filed a motion for summary judgment.
