This was a suit in the circuit of Culpeper county to subject the real estate of the defendants, of whom Coleman C. Beck-ham was one, to the satisfaction of the plaintiffs’ judgment. The judgment was obtained at the April term, 1875, of the said circuit court, in favor of James M. Duncan and Eldridge (x. Duncan, survivors of themselves and William H. Browning, deceased, against Charles Short, Joseph N. Armstrong, Coleman C. Beckham, James Barbour, and William A. Beck-ham, for §56,612.05, with interest and costs.
