for the Court:

¶ 1. James Tucker filed two claims for benefits with the Mississippi Workers’ Compensation Commission (Commission) for injuries that he suffered in two separate accidents while working for BellSouth Telecommunications Inc. (BellSouth). The Commission issued two separate orders, addressing each accident. Feeling aggrieved, Tucker appeals and argues that the Commission erred in determining that he suffered no loss of wage-earning capacity after his first injury, in limiting the compensation period to 450 weeks for the two separate injuries that occurred as a result of…
