This opinion addresses the issue of how this court should respond to a claim that an arbitration award confirmed by this court is ambiguous.
Disputes between Goldberg, Persky & White P.C. and Janis M. Savinis, Anthony J. D’Amico and John R. Kane were submitted to a three-member board of arbitrators. On September 15,2005, the board of arbitrators entered a common-law arbitration award.
