Myrna Gómez-Pérez (“Gómez”) was a window distribution clerk for the United States Postal Service (“USPS”). Gómez alleges that she was subject to retaliatory treatment after filing an age discrimina tion complaint against her supervisors. She then filed suit against the USPS and John Potter (“Potter”) in his capacity as Postmaster General, alleging, inter alia, violations of Section 15 of the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (“ADEA”), 29 U.S.C. § 633a.
