The plaintiff in error had recovered several judgments against one Ered Fischer, amounting in the aggregate to about $1,000, in justices’ court, in Knox county. Execu*690tions were issued thereon, and placed in the hands of the sheriff. The sheriff, by his deputy, proceeded to levy said •executions on the goods and chattels of said Eischer, who was engaged in the agricultural implement business at Creighton, in said county.
