Appeal from an order of the Family Court of Broome County (Connerton, J.), entered January 30, 2003, which, inter alia, granted petitioner’s application, in a proceeding pursuant to Family Ct Act article 10, to adjudicate respondent’s child and stepchildren to be abused and/or neglected.
Respondent resided with his wife (hereinafter the mother), their daughter, Amber N. (born in 2000), and the mother’s two other daughters, Sabrina M. (born in 1993) and Ashley M. (born in 1994).
