Affirming.

Martin Head, an employee of the Log Mountain Coal Company, died on April 17, 1924. He was survived by his widow, Polly Head, and three stepchildren, the children of Polly Head by a former marriage, all of whom were under 16 years of age, lived in his household, and were dependent on him for their support. Compensation was paid by the employer to the widow individually and as guardian of the children until January 15, 1925, when the widow married another -man, who left her in a short time and never -contributed anything to the support of her…
