In an action to recover damages for personal injuries, the plaintiff appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County (Kitzes, J.), dated April 1, 2009, which granted the defendants’ motion for summary judgment dismissing the complaint.

*1304Ordered that the order is affirmed, with costs.

The 30-year-old plaintiff was riding in a raft on the “Hollywood Stunt Rider” attraction at Splish Splash Water Park in Riverhead when he dove head first out of the raft and into a shallow pool, causing him to strike his head.
