Background
The Plaintiff Lease America Org. Inc.(“Lease America”) sells electronic juke boxes. Defendants Rowe International Corporation (“Rowe”) and AMI Entertainment Network, Inc. (“AMI”) manufacture jukeboxes. Defendant Amusement and *87Music Operators Association, Inc. (“AMOA”) is a trade group that represents the interests of jukebox operators. Lease America has filed an Amended Complaint (Docket No. 52) against the Defendants in which it alleges claims for violation of the Sherman Act, 15 U.S.C. § 1 (Count One), and Chapter 93A (Count Two).
