KING, Judge.

The issue presented by this appeal is whether or not the trial court erred in finding plaintiff was not entitled to worker’s compensation benefits.

Delta Green (hereinafter plaintiff) filed this suit against her employer, Victory Crawfish Supply, Inc. (hereinafter Victory), and its insurer, American Motorists Insurance Company, seeking temporary permanent disability benefits, statutory penalties, and attorney’s fees.
