Terry Junior Reese challenges the sufficiency of the evidence underlying his conviction for aggravated assault upon a peace officer. The indictment alleged that Reese assaulted an officer “with an object, to wit: a bottle, which, when used offensively against another person is likely to result in serious bodily injury, by confronting said [officer] with said bottle.” Reese specifically argues that the state failed to prove that the bottle at issue constituted an “object. . . which, when used offensively against a person, is likely to or actually does result in serious…
