The complainants are the American Dock and Improvement Company, the Central Railroad Company of New Jersey, Erancis S. Lathrop, receiver of the latter company, and John C. Van Horne. They apply for an injunction to restrain the Trustees for the Support of Public Schools, the New Jersey West Line Railroad Company, William Z. Larned, the receiver of that company, the executors of Asa Packer, deceased, and Lloyd Chamberlain, from proceeding to sell certain land in Hudson county, mortgaged to the Trustees for the Support of Public Schools by the West Line Company, but which the…
