WILLIAMS, Circuit Judge:
Margaret Lynn Hartsell appeals from the grant of summary judgment against her claim under Title VII for sexual harassment, see 42 U.S.C.A. § 2000e-l to -17 (West 1994 & Supp.1997), and her claims under North Carolina law for intentional infliction of emotional distress and for negligent retention or supervision.
