STONE, Judge.

Plaintiff, Mrs. Lola B. Palmer, sought by her petition in this action to recover damages of $10,000 from defendants, Lee Lass-well, R. G. Collins and Mrs. R. G. Collins, for injuries alleged to have been sustained in a vehicular collision on April 20, 1951. Upon motion to dismiss at the close of plaintiff’s evidence, the jury was directed to return, and did return,' a verdict for defendants Collins. The trial thereafter continued with Lasswell as sole defendant; and, at the conclusion thereof, the jury re-, turned a verdict of $500 against him. From the judgment entered thereon,…
