The petitioner, G & G Builders, Inc., appeals'the circuit court’s order entered on August 20, 2015, through which it denied the petitioner’s motion to dismiss the counterclaim filed by the respondents, Ranche Gail Lawson and his wife, Deanna Dawn Lawson, and to compel arbitration in this litigation arising out of the construction of the Law-sons’ home.
