Fishburne, J.:
The appeal in this case questions the regularity and validity of an election whereby the corporate limits of the city of Greenville were extended by the annexation of an adjoining area to the North, known as Northgate. The appellants suing for the benefit of themselves and all others in like situation, seek the reversal of a decree of the circuit court of Greenville County which held the election to be valid.
