| ^Defendant, Nathan Pettus, appeals the sufficiency of evidence and the granting of the State’s 404(B) Motion relating to his conviction for theft of goods valued over $300.00 but less than $500.00, in violation of LSA-R.S. 14:67.10, in the 24th Judicial District Court, Division “L”. This is a companion case to State v. Pettus, 10-777 (La.App. 5 Cir. 5/24/11); 68 So.3d 28. For the following reasons, we affirm the conviction.
