We granted certiorari in this application for supervisory writs to determine whether the district court erred in denying relator’s motion to vacate his probation revocation.

FACTS

In accordance with a plea bargain, relator pled guilty on February 8, 1994, to five counts of distribution of cocaine, which were charged under two bills of information. In exchange, the State agreed not to prosecute charges of illegal carrying of weapons and disturbing the peace, nor to charge relator as a habitual offender.
