Appeal from District Court, Webb County; J. F. Mullally, Judge. Suit by the San Antonio Loan & Trust Company and others against John H. Davis, Joseph C. Martin, and Minnie B. Martin and others, in which the two last-named defendants filed a cross-action. From that portion of the judgment holding a lien asserted by the two last-named defendants in their cross-action superior to that claimed by plaintiffs, the plaintiffs appeal.
