Félix Capeles Rivera filed in his own right a petition for habeas corpus in the Superior Court, Caguas Part, alleging substantially that he is deprived illegally of his liberty since the sentence which he is serving in the State Penitentiary was entered without jurisdiction because he did not have adequate assistance of counsel during the proceeding which culminated in his conviction.
