The first question presented in this case is simply one of fact. It is alleged in the petition that O. T. Gardner had disposed of his property with the intent to hinder and delay creditors. The bulk of his estate, consisting of cash, notes and land, was conveyed and transferred to his son and the claims of creditors left unsatisfied.
